• Cost: Major insurance accepted. 100% FREE if uninsured.
• Eligibility: Women 40+, not pregnant or nursing, and experiencing no current breast issues.
• What to bring to your appointment: Your driver’s license/state ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any previous mammogram images on CD or imaging reports from outside facilities.
