Dr Keyna Omenukor is the Board Chairman as well as the chief executive and founder
of the Foundation. Dr Keyna, who is a dual Board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner, established the Foundation in 2014 after the death of her
husband David Omenukor from colon cancer. The Family decided to immortalize the
name of the late David by establishing the Foundation as well as using the services of
the foundation to ensure that no one again dies prematurely from any form of cancer. Consequently, Dr Keyna has devoted her entire life to fight and advocate against cancer
in the society. She has been organizing medical missions and cancer awareness
seminars/workshops in Nigeria to educate people on the importance of early screening
as the greatest panacea to avoid the scourge of cancer.

Obika Melville Omenukor

Dr Obika Melville Omenukor is the secretary to the Board of Trustees and a Board
certified-certified Pharmacist. He is the first son of the late David and has shown
unparallel commitment in the fight against cancer. He assists with the planning of
medical missions and facilitates the smooth execution of the medical missions in
Nigeria. Above all he travels to Nigeria regularly to participate and ensure the success of
the Foundation’s medical missions.

Dr. Obika Melville Omenukor

Dr Obika Melville Omenukor is the secretary to the Board of Trustees and a Board

Madu Declan Obioma, Attorney

Attorney Declan Obioma Madu is a defense Attorney licensed for over 10 years in
Nigeria. His practice covers health care, family, personality, juvenile law and litigation. In
addition to advocating for appropriate cancer legislation to improve access of
government assistance to cancer patients, he has also guided the foundation to ensure
we comply with all health regulations in all our activities. Attorney Madu Declan has
shown exceptional interest in promoting and fighting the scourge of cancer. He has
been in the forefront of trying to push proposals and policies that would see
governments especially in Nigeria pay more attention to cancer patients as well as
provide adequate facilities to tackle the scourge. He has been very supportive to the
Foundation.

Osondu Kevin Ejere
Professor of Mathematics
Prof Kelvin Ejere Osondu is an erudite Processor in Mathematics with the Federal
University of Technology Owerri. He is a pioneer member of the Board of Trustees of
David Omenukor Foundation and stood by the Foundation ever since. He was very
supportive during the Foundation’s fundraising dinner of 2016, and the chairman of the
2018 David Omenukor Fund raising dinner, a job he exceptionally performed well due to
his hard work and dedication. He is a respected community leader and motivator, attributes which he had deployed in mobilizing assistance and support for David
Omenukor various medical outreach. He has given an amazing support and assistance
to the foundation.

Nwogu Chidiebere Sampson
Medical Practitioner
Dr Sampson Nwogu is a Board certified medical doctor providing urgent Medicare to the
vulnerable population of Imo State Nigeria. He engages and involves in family and
significant others as positive allies in the treatment process when possible and
appropriate. She is also a member of David Omenukor Foundation Board of Trustees
and a great cancer advocate against the scourge of cancer. Dr Sampson has always
donated his time and resources and medical skills especially surgery to support the
Foundation’s crusade against cancer. He actively participates in the foundation’s
crusade to eradicate all forms of cancer in the society.

Jeraldine Egbujor Anayochi Jp, is a civil servant and patient advocate in Nigeria. She is
truly inspired by express mission to help people and is very passionate in offering help
and succor to those affected by cancer. Mrs Egbujor believes in servant leadership and
has shown a great and exceptional interest in the campaign against cancer both in
actions and indeed. Brad Latham has remained very supportive and dedicated to the
goals of the Foundation.

graduate of Mathematics and computer science has been a great and amazing asset to
